The Akaash AI Content Dashboard is a private content management tool that enables users to manage, schedule, and analyse social media content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X. The Dashboard integrates with third-party platforms via their official APIs.

The Dashboard is operated from New Zealand and is intended for use by authorised users only.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dashboard, you confirm that you:

• •Are at least 18 years of age
• •Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• •Own or have authorised access to the social media accounts you connect to the Dashboard
• •Will use the Dashboard in compliance with all applicable laws and platform terms of service

The Dashboard uses TikTok's official Content Posting API and Login Kit. By connecting your TikTok account, you acknowledge and agree that:

• •We access your TikTok account data only with your explicit authorisation via TikTok's OAuth flow
• •We request only the minimum permissions necessary to provide the Dashboard's features
• •You can revoke access at any time through TikTok's app settings or by disconnecting from the Dashboard
• •You are solely responsible for all content published to TikTok via the Dashboard
• •You will not use the Dashboard to post content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines
• •We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Dashboard to:

• •Post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates any third party's rights
• •Automate posting in a way that violates platform rate limits or spam policies
• •Access social media accounts you do not own or have authorisation to manage
• •Attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent, or exploit the Dashboard's systems
• •Use the Dashboard for any commercial purpose beyond managing your own content
• •Post misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content on any connected platform
• •Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

6. Intellectual Property

The Dashboard, including its design, code, and features, is the intellectual property of Akaash AI. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Dashboard without prior written consent.

Content you create and publish through the Dashboard remains your intellectual property. You grant us a limited licence to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Dashboard's services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Dashboard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• •The Dashboard will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure
• •Third-party platform integrations will remain available (platforms may change their APIs at any time)
• •Content scheduled through the Dashboard will be published without error
• •Analytics data displayed is 100% accurate (it depends on third-party platform APIs)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akaash AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Dashboard, including but not limited to:

• •Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• •Failed or delayed post publishing
• •Changes to third-party platform APIs that affect Dashboard functionality
• •Unauthorised access to your connected accounts

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Dashboard at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Dashboard ceases immediately and we will delete your stored authentication tokens.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Dashboard after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
